  1. Turn on computers from the main screen and the central processing unit (cpu).
  2. Username for all Mobile Services Office Computers is ‘county’
  3. Password for computer 12080 (found on front of cpu) at the Homebound desk is ‘xxxxx’
  4. Password for computer 12078 (found on front of cpu) at the Homebound desk is ‘xxxxx’
  5. Password for computer at Bookmobile’s work station is ‘xxxxx’

[edit] Bookmobile Laptop Computers

  1. Make sure laptops are plugged into the power supply cord and that the scanner is plugged into the laptops.
  2. Turn on laptops by pressing the gray button above the keyboard of the computer.

[edit] Copier Procedures

  1. Turn on copier only when using the machine by pressing the On/Off button.
  2. Place original face down on screen
  3. Make sure that there is paper in copier. Tray 1 is for letter (8 ½ X 11) paper and Tray 2 is for legal (8 ½ X 14) paper. If copying something other than these paper sizes, remove legal paper, place correct size paper in tray and change paper size indicator by turning the dial to the desired size of paper. When finished return machine to same settings as before you started.
  4. Turn copier off when finished by pressing the On/Off button again.
  5. If there are any problems with the copier, see the manager or call Canon at 1-800-826-9758. Tell them the problem and the copier Serial Number MPG43033 and the copier is an ‘image RUNNER 2200’. Write down the details on manager’s desk calendar.
