Opening Procedures

Circulation Computers
- Turn computers ON
- Select the Clerk user
- Enter password(*******)
- Press enter
- Turn on both receipt printers located beside the computers.
- Turn on central printer located beneath desk on right side.
Catalog Computer
- Turn computer monitor on(button located on upper left side of monitor)
Internet Computers Turn on all Adult computers and the Child computer.
- All computers are linked to a printer that is located at the circulation desk.
- All printed material should be picked up t the desk.
- Patrons receive $1.00 of free printing.
- Any prints after the free ones are 10 cents per page for black & white and 50 cents per page for color.
Doors
- The key to unlock the front door is an allen wrench located on top of the Rolodex
- Press and hold the handle down while turning the allen wrench clockwise.
